catching up on january

1/27/14 Coaching session with Tim (student of Doug's) for my Entourage audition. Role of "Allen" - Ari's new assistant. Worked on 2 different characters: 1) timid, fearful, apologetic. 2) excited to work, in awe of Hollywood, clueless. #2 was definitely more fun to play, and my energy was higher. We decided to take it that way for for my audition, and then take any adjustments if needed. Feeling ready :) 1/28/14 Audition - "Entourage" Movie - Role of Allen Sheila Jaffe Casting Went well! Only had one adjustment after my first take, asking to shorten my pauses. I've never felt so good after an audition before. I also ran into Justin Chon (21 and Over, Twilight), but didn't recognize anyone else in the waiting area. Seriously? How do I compete against this guy? Anyway, everything is out of my hands now... Hoping for the best!
